RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
* The item must be unused and in its original condition
* The item must be returned in its original packaging
* Proof of purchase is required
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for return.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.
If approved:

* Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos attached. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
