Chanel Classic Double Flap Bag

This Classic Chanel Small Flap bag is crafted with diamond quilted lambskin leather with gold-plated hardware and a single convertible leather-trimmed chain-link shoulder strap. There is a single exterior patch pocket on the back, a single zip pocket under the front flap and three interior compartments. Inside the bag is lined with maroon leather.

This bag comes with the original Chanel ity card and the ity sticker is still attached to the inside of the bag. The serial number tells us the bag was made between 1986 and 1988. This bag is in extremely good condition for the age with very minor signs of , it has hardly been . The hallmark on the CC turnlock also indicates this bag was made in 1988 and confirms the gold hardware is plated in 24K gold, a real collectors item. Before 2008, Chanel Classic Flaps with gold coloured hardware (chains, clasps, grommets, and CC turnlocks) were all plated in real 24K gold.
